In between episodes of 24, you might want to have a look at real heroes doing their job every day amidst real danger. Michelle Malkin was recently embedded with an American unit at their Forward Operating Base in northern Baghdad. Her written introduction is here, and it's noteworthy that Michelle, someone who had become bleak-hearted about prospects in Iraq, came away with renewed hope.
More to the point is her first of several video reports, posted at Hot Air. After watching it, I'm looking forward to seeing the rest.
